The Obama administration should develop a national structure for organized militias throughout each district of the united states which can be called upon for disaster relief within their, and neighboring districts, and can be called to protect our citizens should war break out within our borders. These organizations should require a minimum amount of time spent in training per year.
Membership should be mandatory for the ability to possess firearms in this country.
Additionally, what times of firearms you may possess should be dependent upon what types of training you have received.
