Put in a place limits on the loudness of all modes of transportation including motorcycles, trucks and boats.

Imagine the world without the loud noise of cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Or the loud trains and airplanes. Technology is there to make this happen.But we need rules and enforcement of the rules. People go out of their way to make their cars or motorcycles extra loud. It may be fun for them but it is not fun for anyone else.
