Put in place secondary rights for all US citizens.

I feel the Obama administration should consider putting in place secondary rights that give us national health insurance, the right to higher education, and environmental protection that so many other civilized countries enjoy, I feel we as Americans have lost the curb in cultural advances and we need secondary rights not just to benefit our citizens, but to keep us up to speed with the rest of the world. Obama speaks of keeping up with Europe and China, but how can we when most of Europe treats their citizens with more compassion and respect then here in America. I truly believe we deserve better and that this is a prominent issue that needs to be addressed by the administration that promised us change for the better.
