If a Senator takes issue with any Senate business, they should be forced to stand on the floor and tell the rest of America why the rest of the Senate is wrong and they are right. The silent filibuster is ridiculous and anyone who wants to hold up the progress of our country should be forced to stand and talk and exert effort in order to do so.
