put the provisions of the Manchin-Toomey amendment to a National vote - on the ballot of the next mid-term elections.

Based on public polls that show that the gun show & Internet sales loophole should be closed versus the result of the Senate vote of April 17, 2013, it's obvious that the American people are not being given accurate representation. The only FAIR way to insure that all of America is heard is to put this on a National ballot; this can be accomplished by having it in place by the next mid-term elections in Nov 2014. This is too big an issue to have it decided by only 535 members of Congress. Whether you are for or against Machin-Toomey, your vote is important and needs to be included. Your support here will get the attention of the White House and hopefully the national media so that the views of the American people can be represented.
