put to a public vote the issue of any possible 2nd amendment issue so that the public may decide by majority rule!

we the people of the United States of America demand a public vote to ensure our constitutional right to bear arms guaranteed to us by the 2nd amendment because we feel that the U.G. govt. is no longer capable of or even desires to uphold the will of the people or the rights guaranteed to us by our founding fathers.
