Put puppy mills out of business by allowing pet stores to adopt shelter animals.

Created by M.H. on March 20, 2012

Pet stores keep puppy mills running by supply and demand. Nobody sees the things that go on to get that "oh so cute puppy". The dogs are kept in tiny cages, never allowed to exercise, they are bred for years, Have their off-spring ripped away from them, these dogs are then killed when they no longer produce "product". By allowing pet stores to only adopt out shelter animals and have the pets spayed and neutered before leaving the pet store. This will cut way down on homeless pets, euthanasia of animals, and "throw away" pets. This is possible, we must join together!
