Put in a real basketball court in JO South at the Ohio State University. As a basketball man this should upset you.

The basketball court at JO South at the Ohio State University is a disservice to the students. The basketball floor is somehow worse than concrete. Every fall at JO South might be your last. This is disrespectful to students who pay money to attend Ohio State, and Jesse Owens, who is a revered American hero. As a basketball man this should be your first priority in the FY 2015 Budget. The renovation will not cost anywhere near the amount we spent on analyzing sea monkey's ancestors. If you decide not to renovate JO South at least put in chain link nets to give it more of a street vibe. Don't reply by saying this is a state issue because I know federal money goes to the Ohio State University.
