I have never been to a gas station or convenience store in my life that gave customers an option to recycle their bottles or cans. There are only trash cans to dispose of your waste by the pumps or in the actual store,
So many people clean out their vehicles while they are filling up on gas. At these stations people also buy lots of things that come in bottles or cans.
I feel that if people had the option to recycle those things at gas stations or convenience stores, a lot of people would. Instead, they only want to clean out their cars and only have a trash option so they just throw things that are perfectly recyclable into the trash.
I think it would promote a lot more recycling and saving valuble resources if this became a reality.
