I believe that some people have more land than they need. I understand a farmer or someone in a agriculture based job having a lot of land, but people who have land and do not use it really do not need it. If we regulate the land then we will have more room for other people to live in. I also believe that they should make it easier for the middle class and the poor to be able to live somewhere for a cheaper price.
