I believe it should be up to the American public to decide, once and for all, whether or not marijuana should be legal or kept on the drug schedule.
I believe that when the US Constitution said "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness" , that it meant it, and that we as American's should be able to decide for ourselves what substance we put in our bodies.
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
