Put returning soldiers to work and save taxpayers money.

Some local police departments are crippling taxpayers.

I call on the President to hire a police force made up of returning soldiers. They should be fairly compensated with a defined contribution plan. The government could then sell the service of this federal police force to state and local governments whose own police forces cost too much for taxpayers.
