Put sex offenders in jail immediately until their trial date so they cannot harm anymore children.

My 14 year old niece was raped and murdered in Orlando Fl. by a 48 year old man who stalked her. He carried her in the hospital dead and left and he spent a couple of hours in jail several months later. It happened Oct.!st 2010 and his trial keep's being continued. He is walking free to drug rape and murder other children. Orlando police dept. did not make his house a crime scene which was a first mistake. His DNA was found in her and he is still walking free. We need stronger laws for people that do this to children.People that commit these crimes need to be put in jail and stay there until they go to court.
