President Obama needs to keep his promise to put solar panels back on the roof of the White House. President Carter had solar panels on the white house during his administration. They would have been providing clean, free energy for past 30 years, but they were removed during the Reagan administration. Installing solar panels on the White House once again sends a message to the world that the United States intends to be a leader in clean energy.
