Being assulted while in a jail cell in Chicago,Illinois, in the near north side branch of the chicago police department where a police officer named Mc.Guire CHoked me with his hands and slam my head on a concrete slab used for sitting, while I ws handcuffed, dec,2011, 03/23/2012 was hit with batons while in the public veiw, after giving a public address that did not use vulgarity or threats or racism, and taken to the hospital where a 3 week bill was incurred,choked by Officer Janis at Millineum Staion chicago illinois, while his supervisor in his office watched through a communicating window also laughing at what was happening to me,I thin k there should be a petitin to investigate more ccases of corrupt city official in office allowing this to take place without checking the balance.
