This petition request resources of any kind, for the housing industry's (innocent collateral damaged.)
It is no secret that builders and other sundry industries to the housing industry still languish with extreme financial hardship due to the housing melt down.
This petition seeks a commitment to helping the industries decimated by the fraud and corruption that led to the creation of an environment of excessive profit and wealth creation, for the banks, and it's cohorts.
An unjust and severely heavy burden is now upon the back of the housing industry as a whole.
Banks should NOT be allowed to dump "as is" properties onto the market. This petition requires banks to hire local builders and bring EVERY REO home up to 2011 codes before offering for sale to the public or anything else.
