Put a stop to the anti-worker Right To Work legislation being fast tracked through the Michigan State House and Senate.

Created by M.N. on December 08, 2012

A group of politicians in Michigan's capitol want to push through a harmful anti-worker "right to work" bill. Workers in states with Right to Work laws make about $5,333 less a year. 21% more people lack health benefits. Poverty rates are higher. The rate of workplace fatalities are 51% higher. Michigan's house passed two bills and the state Senate approved one, slamming through them in one day without public involvement locking the state Capitol down. Every way they could, they shut the people out of the process. Gov. Snyder has said he will sign the bill and fast track it in to law. This is bad for Michigan, our states workers, our families and our economy, which is already struggling.
