Put a stop to any parent , just running off with children without other parent knowing whereabouts of the child.

My adult son is a single parent of 2 boys, second childs mother ran off with child,she came back after missing for 6months, we haven't seen him in almost a year. My son was ordered full custody of his second son, mother had several chances to come to court she showed the first time only to walk out before case was called, after several other court dates she still didn't show. The Guardian Ad Litem and Judge found that in the best interest of child that he should be placed with father after a home visit had passed, home visit passed. This was in July to this date Oct.26, 2011, mother still refuses to give child to father she will not tell us his whereabouts, we went to courts on two many times to count to get help. Judge ordered a show cause and we still don't have child.We need more help
