Apple Inc. have taken it too far now with trying to sue everyone who supposedly infringes on one of their many patents. This is a bad thing for the consumer and competition in general, if every other manufacturers design choices end up being stifled. I'm not sure why Apple Inc. don't follow the models of many other manufacturers and try to best the competition through innovation rather than what they're currently doing, that would be the most noble thing to do.
I would like to see the US Government put a stop to these playground antics, and allow device manufacturers to come to some kind of agreement, and promote healthy competition through competitive pricing, innovation and design choices.
