Put an end to Lawyers that advertise seeking clients that may have been exposed to Asbestos. The attorney's do not have your best interest at hand and are looking to line thier pockets with monies that the victims will only see mere pennies of what is collected. My father workded for 30 years in asbestos and died in 1998. As the represenative of his Estate my hands are limited in trying to locate funds owed to my family. I have located some payments and was able to get the Attorneys to forward small amounts to the Estate. There shoulb be laws that will allow the victims information from the various trust that have been set up in the victims behalf. The Attorneys have used proxys and collected payments that the victims never see.
