The United states is the ONLY country who practices Circumcision for non medical reasons. Since the 1800's we've been doing this to our little boys for reasons unrelated to medical needs. A small percentage of boys DIE from this. Some suffer in the long run. If we outlaw the mutilation of little girls then why not boys too? Doctors are supposed to go by their code of ethics, DO NO HARM. The surgical removal of the foreskin IS painful no matter what numbing medications they use.
