The PPACA has the potential to make America a better place, however, corporate greed in America seeks to keep this from happening. Under the current terms of the PPACA small businesses can avoid providing insurance to employees by restricting their hours below 30 per week. Most small business owners can infact afford insurance for their employees, however, it would cut into their profit margin, but the action they are taking to prevent that is to make their employees suffer instead. According to Forbes almost 90% of all American jobs qualify as small business and almost 89% of all Americans that work for small businesses are below the Federal Poverty Line So I must ask you, who can better afford the expense owners who are losing a little profit margin, or the poor who are losing everything
