I am a single 35 year old woman who has been working 2 jobs in order to support herself for the past 3 years. Dishonest companies like this should not be allowed to operate or have a tax id number. They will lie and take advantage of whom ever however they can just for their own gain. Asprient bought Park Station apartments with knowing knowledge of residents who where correctly under existing contracts through the previous property owner. They bullied, lied, and mislead residents just for their own personal gain. I will continue to contact, write, and do whatever necessary to put a stop to such nonsense. As a tax paying citizen I refuse to accept this kind of treatment.
Lease agreements need to protect the renters not just the property owner/management company.
