Put a stop to the insurance companies from gouging the American citizens.

Since the release of the ACA, insurance costs have been going up, with little reason but profits. Insurance companies have been gouging the citizens of the U.S. for decades, and with the release of this bill, they have gone one step further to make those that are disabled, and have low income, but too much for state aid, to pay for their services. For the ACA to work for 100% of Americans, there needs to be a regulations on what insurance companies can charge.
