Put a stop to methadone clinics.

I am writing as a concerned citizen about methadone clinics in our society. Their use and support has the potential to undermined our society. Many cases have shown the high rate of relapse due to their usage. This lack of effectiveness in their treatment has turned these clinics into legal narcotic drug dealers, that are helping facilitate an illegal addition into a legal one. Clinics are used by all types of citizens young and old alike effecting millions of people and their families everyday. Methadone clinics not only effect the current generations but many generations to come. I am asking you to change their usage to one that encourages rehabilitation and not addiction.
