In particular, there are not only problems with racial profiling, cruel and unusual punishment towards blacks and poor whites living in the rural areas of Cobb County such as Marietta, Powder Springs, Kennesaw, Vinings, and other hidden areas where the United States Government fund the county programming has been abused due to top officials in office running things on a good o' boy system hiring only white young cops and racists to harass the African American home owners and or residence/ tax paying citizens in traffic stops and or for just generally being out at night taking a ride to Wal-mart. This, upon my strongest belief giving the Cobb County Police Department a by being law enforcement to simply harass without giving any reason why. Please sign this petition for an investigation.
