We the people feel that the hiring ethics in the workplace do not serve us properly. Because of policies like "Right To Work" and loopholes created to protect these conservative mindsets, we are passed over for jobs and continue to live at or below the poverty line simply because we're a part of the LGBT community.
To cut down on hiring discrimination in the workplace, we propose an executive order stating that the government should require all businesses and places of employment to permanently install ethics classes and personality tests as a part of their business curriculum for those in hiring and/or management positions. We propose this so that only those with an ethical mindset, free of religious intolerance and/or personal discrimination policies are allowed to hold said positions.
