Put strict and immediate punishment in cases of bullying.

Bullying has become epidemic in our schools and affects millions every single day.
with strict punishment and zero tolerance, the instances of bullying could curtail. No more slap on the wrist. All bullies need to be arrested and placed in a detention. Bullies should be paying fines to a fund supporting anti bullying.
The time for complacency has long past. We are losing many to suicide because of this horrible abuse. Others carry the pain through their lives. It has to stop!
