Put a term limit on the City Council members of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In Philadelphia another long term City Council member was found violating the rules put in place by the Board of Ethics. She used campaign finances to pay personal loans and bills This practice seems to be common place in Philadelphia where these council members feel its their right to play with citizens money. If term limits were in place, Philadelphia wouldn't be in such disarray and the Council Members could concentrate on the city than themselves. Some Council Members seem to forget who they work for...they work for the citizens of Philadelphia and trying to make Philadelphia a better place to live.
