To alleviate stagnation in Washington, put a term limit for Senators and Congressmen of no more than 3 terms of office. In order to breed fresh ideas and to keep the American system constantly working we need to end the reigns of Senators and Congressmen who have held office for over 25 years. Washington politics needs to change back to the People's politics.
