Put the term limit on the presidency to one term and only up to six years if the vice president takes over for president

We petition the Obama Administration to put a bill before Congress, limiting the office of Presidency to one term that can only be exceeded by a period of two years if the Vice President takes over for the President and that it be deemed treason to try to extend the number of terms for the office of President beyond this. The term limit on Presidency is to maintain the balance of power in the hands of the people and not the government and therefore the fewer terms that a President serves is in the best interest of the rights of the people.
