Put a time and monetary limit on Elections for President and all Congressional and Senatorial seats.

This would limit to a very short period the amount of time that candidates for President and Congress could campaign for office. Too much time is being spent campaigning and not enough doing their jobs. The second part would put a monetary limit on campaign spending. This would lessen elected official's dependence on corporate financing of elections so that they would be beholden to the electorate instead of donors! This could be patterned after the law in Canada that specifies the same things.
