put a time restraint on how long and how many appeals that a convict that is sentenced to death has.

Created by W.W. on October 23, 2011

It is costing us to much money for all this legal actions to go on. If a convected murderer appeals over and over again. It just cost tax payers more to feed and house them. I say just give them one appeal and it has to be no longer then two years. If that is not enough time then they probable are guilty anyway.
