put on trial the people involved in the invasion of Iraq and started an unjust, Iraq war.

The Republican Congress were very tenacious and resolute in pinning the deaths of 4 Americans in Benghazi, Libya, to the President, they did not stop until it became a fact that President Obama is guilty of "ordering their deaths". Republicans wanted "Justice" for these four Americans. However, they forgot to demand justice for thousands of American (and Iraqi) deaths when the previous (Bush) administration launched an illegitimate war against Iraq. I believe that "vigilance for Justice" on behalf American deaths should be "bipartisan", I don't believe that, only when under a democratic (and Black-American) president shall American deaths will the people responsible for their safety be put on trial, I believe, that this should be the case, under a republican president, too.
