put the TSA under Customs Departmental control and make the records of public officals available to the public

We the people humbly petition the President of the United States of America to put the TSA under the Customs Department control as they are essentially the same. The primary function of both these agencies is to provide Americans security against violent individuals. We futher petition the American Goverment to make the personal education and public records of public servants readily available to the American people; as the screening process of said individuals are not near strict enough. Futhmore, we petition the American goverment to stricly enforce education standards that the American people feel acceptable to hold such a post and not that of the President, his advisors or Congress. The American people should not be subject ot screening by under-edcuated and/or certified individuals.
