The largest storm on the planet this year Super Typhoon Hagupit is predicted to graze or directly hit the Philippines by Saturday, December 6th.
The computer models that meteorologists use to predict a storm's track, predict it will hit the heart of the Philippines in places like Tacloban. Including areas still recovering from deadly Super Typhoon Haiyan 13 months ago, the most intense tropical cyclone at landfall in history.
To prevent significant lose of life in the aftermath of this natural disaster United States relief efforts must be achieved immediately. As well as international relief efforts from countries in the region and abroad.
