To put a vote to the people to enact term limits on all members of Congress.

In many polls throughout the last 30 years findings have seen that We The People of the United States favor term limits for Congress to be enacted by a majority of 70-75% on average. We the people would like to have a national vote on whether or not members of Congress should be limited to the amount of time that they can serve as a representative. Since it would be up to Congress to pass this law against themselves (unlikely) we call upon the White House to address this issue.
