Potassium Chloride is a salt substitute known to kill. It is used in lethal injections and during cardiac surgeries. Many cardiac patients (including myself) can not have this salt substitute, yet it's in everything. Food manufactures have to place warnings on foods when they may contain allergens, but they do not have to put warnings for potassium chloride.
