Putnam County, FL Supervisor of Elections Charles Overturf has had two errors within his office in a single election year in which directly effected local elections for the same candidate. In a public hearing his office stated that 32, 711 votes were cast the first unofficial number cast for sheriff were 32,277 on 11/08/2016. For a total of 434 votes. Their public printed announcement says 428. At best this shows severe inability to Supervise Elections.
