Putting trained or training chefs into school kitchens

I think we should put chefs that used to work in professional kitchens into school cafeterias that have a very poor lunch system. Schools all over America have students who complain about the conditions of the lunches they are served at school. With this petition, we can at least try and make it possible to have quality food in the schools of our American students. We should also take in culinary students who are in colleges and give them opportunities to work in grade school kitchens.
