Qualified women have to sit ideal after 7 to 8 years of IT experience who are on h4 visa for limited time.

I am on h4 visa for three years as my husband's h1 visa is valid. I have 7-8 years of experience in IT industry as a Sr. Software engineer/ Team leader. As per the US government rules I lost my carrier. I can't do job. I am just wasting my knowledge ,time and vanish my mind. Government should allowed job permission for H4 visa who have master degree and experience of their field. So they can at least do some job in US. I am totally frustrating now. US Government think about to give permission to h4 visa whose green card is already applied but what is the mean of it. After approving of green card they are already eligible for job but actual job is required for those h4 visa who are here for some periods. after doing job on h4 visa they are eligible for h1 visa for long period job in US.
