Some families enter this country illegally, and the common action considered to be fair by many is to deport them back to their country. In some cases, immigration fails to deport these individuals on a timely manner, causing them to acclimate to the lifestyle of the United States while having the disadvantage of not being able to work, drive, go to school, and take care of themselves and families. Many of these families enter this country with kids that are too young to understand the complications of entering the U.S illegally; those kids should not be punished by the choices of the parents. This petition will ensure that anyone that has invested either the majority of their life or 10 years of it gets equality in the country they now know and love.
