Over the past many years gun violence and terrorism has increased in the United States. Due to the increase in technology, many hate/ terrorist organizations have become more equipped with tools to successfully mass recruit and spread media. Why can't we develop a quantum computer system that runs software that sniffs out potential threats and connects terroristic events rapidly through performing searches, analyzing and comparing data against no-fly records, gun registrations, Facebook and Twitter posts, organization affiliation, location, media recognition of guns, and criminal history. At this current moment, based on the San Bernardino and Orlando shooting, it appears there isn't a progressive learning and response system in place to thwart events such as these.
