Ebola is obviously deadly. If we do not know how to cure it, why allow it to infect communities and put others at risk!?

Someone who may have been exposed to Ebola could take fever reducing medication to pass the temperature test.
Symptoms also take a few days to show up. Someone who may have been exposed may not think they have been and not even lie on the questions!
