Quarantine Ebola by barring reentry into the United States by anyone, including US citizens, infected with Ebola

This is a petition to immediately halt the foolhardy, arbitrary choice made by the CDC and Emory University to fly US citizens carrying active Ebola virus back into the United States of America. This petition requests the President of the United States to sign an executive order barring reentry to the United States of America by anyone, including United States citizens, that are infected with Ebola virus to create an effective quarantine and protect the citizens of the United States of America from such virus. We have a right to not have the potential to be exposed to a virus that only actively spreads itself on the continent of Africa.
