During the last decade, left winged governments have gained the presidencies of various countries in Latin America. They have been totalitarian in nature and have limited peoples rights. Hugo Chavez formed CELAC as an Anti American organization to try to undermine Americas role in this hemisphere. We the people feel that the secretary of the OAS, Jose Insulza, is not doing enough to counter this left winged anti American movement in Latin America and we deserve to know his reasons for why he is attending the CELAC reunion in Havana, Cuba even though he represents all nations of the Americas including the United States. His actions could be seen as undermining American interest and creating further Anti-American sentiments in the region.
