Doctors are writing prescriptions for narcotics and other drugs to people who don't need them, they are ruining family's with drug problems that could be avoided by strict distribution laws on prescriptions. Something has to be done. Don't blame drug dealers for the massive drug problem America has, blame hospitals and clinics.
