Don't reduce the rate of increase in spending;
Don't freeze spending at current levels;
Don't decrease the size of the deficit;
All of those keep digging the hole!
Limit spending to things that are directed and/or authorized by the U.S. Constitution. You are sworn to protect and defend the Constitution!
