Quit the funding of Syrian and Kurdish rebels

The funding of said groups has created both a financial burden and a diplomatic crisis. The funding of such groups represents a direct threat to Russia, who of which is situated in Syria due to an alliance with Assad. The USA has no need to waste money on these insurgents, and instead, the people suggest that it would be better to focus our money within our borders or on fighting ISIS itself. This will help relieve economic issues in the United States, as well as ease tensions with Russia and others.
