quit meddling in the affairs of other countries and bring our service-men and women home. the cold war is over.

we cannot keep spending more than 1/3 of our budget on military and related expenses. plus we've become an "offensive" nation, meddling in other countries internal affairs, and trying to be the world's police. this is preventing other countries from taking their fair share of the burden, as well as bringing little benefit and a lot of ill will our way. we need to bring our spending and military aspirations more in line with our stated policy of peace.
